ELS is currently seeking an Activities Coordinator to join their team in Cape Coral, Florida. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about guest engagement and activity planning within a resort setting. The Activities Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of activities and events that cater to diverse age groups. The position requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. As an integral part of the resort team, the Activities Coordinator works closely with management and other staff members to ensure that resort activities run smoothly from inception to execution, providing guests with enjoyable and memorable experiences.   • one to three years of experience in customer service

  • strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills

  • valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance
