Job Description

The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort stands as a premier destination in the heart of the American Southwest, embodying the unique spirit and captivating optimism of the Sonoran Desert. Positioned where sophisticated architectural designs meet natural beauty, this resort draws inspiration from the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright, resulting in a richly appointed and artistically designed property. Guests here experience stunning views of dramatic mountains complemented by artistic botanical landscaping, creating an immersive environment that reflects the romance and heritage of the region. The resort boasts six unique dining experiences curated by the renowned celebrity chef Richard Blais, ensuring that visitors indulge in diverse culinary delights that echo local traditions while embracing contemporary tastes.

At the core of the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort’s operations is a culture dedicated to belonging, care, and family-like connections among colleagues. Hyatt as a global hospitality brand has been known since 1957 for fostering an environment where employees transform routine jobs into thriving careers. This culture of care extends to guests, where every interaction is designed to convert ordinary trips into extraordinary journeys filled with memorable experiences. The resort is committed to operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and providing employees with ample opportunities for growth and development across the Hyatt worldwide network.
