The role of Activities Assistant/Driver, also known as Life Enrichment Partner/Driver, is a full-time position at Pegasus Senior Living that plays an integral part in supporting the day-to-day life enrichment of residents. This position requires a passionate individual dedicated to serving seniors, with a Class B Driver's License mandatory for performing transportation duties. The Activities Assistant works closely with residents to organize and facilitate activities that promote engagement, wellness, and enjoyment. These activities help foster community connection, stimulate mental and physical activity, and enhance overall quality of life for seniors.
In addition to activity coordination, the Life Enrichment Partner/Driver is responsible for safely transporting residents to scheduled activities and errands, ensuring a reliable and caring transport experience. The role demands excellent organizational skills to confirm and manage transportation schedules as set by the Life Enrichment Director, including attention to dates, times, locations, and special directions.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class B Driver's License
- Minimum 1-year experience in activities or recreation services preferred
- Ability to drive safely and responsibly
- Passion for helping seniors live fulfilling lives
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Organize and facilitate engaging activities for seniors
- Confirm transportation schedules with the Life Enrichment Director including dates, times, and locations
- Transport residents safely to and from activities and errands
- Support residents in participating in scheduled events
- Maintain a safe and clean environment aboard transportation vehicles
- Collaborate with staff to plan activity calendars and special events
- Provide companionship and support to residents during activities and transportation
