The role of Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Partner) at Pegasus Senior Living is a vital position responsible for bringing joy, engagement, and enrichment to the daily lives of residents. This full-time position, scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, offers a flexible and supportive work environment where associates can tailor schedules to fit their needs. The Activities Assistant plays a key role in organizing and facilitating activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and overall wellness among senior residents. The position involves planning events, collaborating with other team members, and ensuring that all activities are accessible, enjoyable, and aligned with the interests and abilities of the residents. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for helping seniors live a rich and fulfilling life
  • Previous experience in organizing activities or event planning preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in activities or recreation services preferred
  • Availability to work Sunday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
