The assistant collaborates with residents to plan and execute spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programs that stimulate and enliven the mind and body.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors or in caregiving roles preferred
- Active driver's license in good standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Physical ability to assist with activities and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Ability to quickly connect with people
- Talent in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Active driver's license in good standing
- Experience or interest in healthcare, hospitality, or recreation fields
Job Duties
- Get to know the residents to plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming
- Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing and music
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and programs
- Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily events
- Organize and run events that engage and inspire residents
