Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- interest in working with elderly population
- ability to communicate effectively with senior residents
- availability to work every weekend from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday
- previous experience in long-term care is preferred
- basic event planning skills are advantageous

Job Duties
- Facilitate programs that maximize resident participation in social opportunities
- assist with planning scheduling and communicating to residents regarding programs
- assist in the documentation of social opportunities attendance record for all events and activities
- participate and works with liturgical and spiritual programs offered in the residence
- find innovative ways for residents to express their creativity enjoy favorite hobbies and learn new things
- collaborate with residents to customize these opportunities to their interests
- radiate positive energy and give residents reasons to celebrate every day
