While the salary range reflects the base pay, the position also offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, dental and vision coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance programs that contribute to a supportive work environment. This position is inherently rewarding as it allows the Vibrant Living Assistant to make a genuine difference, fostering a nurturing community where every day is filled with purpose and joy for the residents.
