Participation in events such as games, painting sessions, singing, and musical performances is a significant aspect of the role, and individuals are encouraged to utilize their talents in music, art, history, poetry, or trivia to enrich the experience. The role also involves occasional driving responsibilities for those over 21, helping transport residents safely to and from events in a company vehicle, further fostering community involvement and accessibility.
