The role of Activities & Volunteer Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living is instrumental in promoting resident wellness, connection, and purpose through engaging and thoughtfully designed activities and programs. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in senior living, activities or related field
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for working with seniors
- Valid driver’s license if applicable

Job Duties
- Plan and lead daily activities, events and community programs
- Support programming across assisted living and memory care neighborhoods

- Train team members and families on the family activity portal
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards
