In-Shape Solutions, LLC is a well-established fitness organization dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle through comprehensive fitness programs and community engagement. Known for its welcoming and inclusive environment, In-Shape offers a variety of club amenities focused on enhancing member experience and fostering a vibrant community. These clubs feature racquet sports like tennis and pickleball, swim facilities, personal training, and group fitness programs, all designed to meet the diverse needs of its members. With a focus on innovation, member satisfaction, and exceptional service, In-Shape continues to lead in delivering quality fitness solutions across multiple locations.
The Activities & Swim Lessons Coordinator role at In-Shape is integral to creating and sustaining dynamic, engaging programs that not only entertain but also retain membership. This position is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and directing all activity programs within the club, including tennis, swimming, and pickleball. A key focus is ensuring that these programs are profitable, well-managed according to budget, and consistently meet quality standards. The Coordinator will act as a vital link between members and the club’s management by listening to feedback and responding with tailored solutions that enhance member satisfaction and participation.
This role also encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including teaching swim lessons, lifeguarding duties, marketing and event planning, maintaining partnerships with vendors, and managing club content and inventory. Candidates will be expected to lead by example, embodying In-Shape’s core values of Deliver, Impact, and Inspire while fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Safety is paramount, and the Coordinator supports the club's compliance with OSHA regulations, ensuring all activities adhere to established safety standards.
Building community relationships locally and spearheading club event planning for various functions such as birthday parties and corporate events further define this multifaceted position. The Coordinator will use data insights to improve program offerings and effectiveness continually. Success in this role demands outstanding communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and event planning talents, and a positive, flexible attitude focused on exceeding member expectations.
This position requires physical activity, including the ability to swim various strokes and occasionally perform duties in and around a body of water. Safety certifications such as lifeguard and CPR are mandatory, with support provided for certification within 60 days of hire if not already held. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high regard for safety, a proactive approach to leadership, and a passion for fostering a vibrant, active community within the club environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading fitness company while developing one’s professional skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.
