Job Requirements

Criminal background check and drug screening required
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to manage an event budget
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Completion of company forms and reporting requirements

Job Duties

Coordinate and execute monthly resident events tailored to the property and resident demographic
Plan, organize, and host social, themed, and recreational events to drive resident engagement
Schedule and supervise evening and weekend activities, including light recreational offerings such as fitness, games, and sports
Create a welcoming, engaging environment and actively interact with residents during events
Track event participation and maintain required reporting
Understand and follow all company policies pertaining to the position
Work under the direction of the Apartment Manager
