The Activities Coordinator role at Touchmark at All Saints is a key position focused on enhancing the daily lives of residents by designing and implementing a dynamic activities program tailored to meet their physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs. This full-time position, scheduled from Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some evenings and holiday shifts, offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a team that prioritizes quality of life and meaningful engagement for all residents. The Activities Coordinator will work closely with residents and families to encourage participation and foster a sense of community through a variety of programs including holiday and birthday celebrations, social events, community outings, and exercise programs.

Job Requirements
- Have a commitment to Touchmark's values including excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with social or recreational activities programs
- Enjoy working collaboratively to arrange and assist with activities on and off campus
- Genuine interest in elderly care
- Maintain confidentiality of resident status and medical history
- Demonstrate patience and tactfulness when interacting with various stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with social or recreational activities programs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Genuine interest in geriatric care and senior populations
- Commitment to confidentiality regarding resident information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain patience and tact in interaction with residents, families, and staff
Job Duties
- Plan and implement activities programs that meet residents' physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs
- Assist in organizing and coordinating holiday and birthday celebrations
- Arrange and facilitate community outings and social events
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate in activities
- Maintain records and reports related to activities participation
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure activities meet resident needs
- Provide a positive and supportive presence for residents and their families
