This franchisee operates under a license that allows the use of McDonald's logos and food products, but it is distinctly a separate company from McDonald's USA. The franchisee exclusively manages all employment aspects, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding customer quality and safety standards
- capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume restaurants
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- background in hospitality or retail is a plus
- effective leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and organizational abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- aged 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant to meet McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve department performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership
- oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with franchise policies
- monitor restaurant financial performance and control costs
- maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment
