Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues
- Ability to meet compensation plan goals
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales
- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience selling branded timeshare or vacation ownership products is advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs
- Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness by utilizing various forms of communication including email, telephone, and written correspondence
- Utilize selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations
- Generate referral leads with each new customer
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain company core values and policies
- Attend weekly sales training sessions according to policies and maintain business standards for sales volume, ethics, and floor behavior with customers and coworkers
- Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing
