The Senior Program Manager – Defense Acquisition & Logistics position at Leidos is a critical leadership role focused on managing and supporting complex Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, logistics, and sustainment programs. This role demands an experienced professional with a deep understanding of program management within Navy and USSOCOM environments. The ideal candidate will lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring the seamless execution of logistics and sustainment strategies that support operational readiness and capability acquisition.

This position involves a wide range of responsibilities including managing program cost, schedule, and technical performance; developing logistics strategies; coordinating planning, budgeting, and execution activities across multiple stakeholders; and providing detailed program status reports to senior government and military leadership. The role requires ensuring strict compliance with DoD acquisition regulations and policies, overseeing equipment fielding and lifecycle management, and supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiatives.

The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, contracting, financial management, logistics, and operational teams to achieve mission objectives. In addition, the role includes contributing to strategic planning efforts such as Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities.
