Benefits include exceptional medical, dental, and prescription coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off including holidays, uniforms, paid training, and propane discounts. Employees can also take advantage of career advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement programs, and annual performance reviews with salary increases. AmeriGas fosters an inclusive workplace as an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free work environment with mandatory pre-employment screening and compliance with federal regulations.
