Job Requirements
- Citizenship or valid right-to-work status in United States, Canada, or Mexico
- Ability to work onsite at assigned host city locations
- Fixed-term contract availability
- Able to work flexible hours including event days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience in large-scale event operations, volunteer management, customer service, or accreditation may be accepted
- Experience in large-scale events, major sporting events, live operations, customer-facing roles, venue management, or accreditation services
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers preferred for Manager and Coordinator roles
- Experience working in international, multicultural, or fast-paced environments is an asset
- Fluent in English
- Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- Experience with planning tools, accreditation systems, operational software, and online collaboration platforms preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in planning and operational readiness of Accreditation Centres ensuring compliance with FIFA requirements
- Support or lead supervision and training of Accreditation volunteers and staff
- Coordinate with Workforce/Volunteers department on volunteer shift planning, attendance, and training needs
- Collaborate with functional areas including Accreditation Operations, Access Management, Security, Technology, Venue Management, and Client Group Management
- Participate in testing activities such as access control system checks and technology setup
- Support or manage daily Accreditation Centre operations including pass production, printing, customer service, troubleshooting, and client guidance
- Supervise and schedule Accreditation volunteers and staff
- Manage accreditation consumables inventory and coordinate replenishments
- Serve as a point of escalation for operational issues
- Communicate operational updates, policies, and procedures to venue stakeholders
- Coordinate reporting needs, incident logs, and operational tracking
- Represent Client Group Management team at venue level and serve as primary contact for designated client groups
- Facilitate communication between client groups, venue operations, and CGM central team
- Support accreditation card distribution and issue resolution for assigned client groups
- Participate in operational workshops and stakeholder briefings
