Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in hospitality or related industry
- Experience managing a team and leading performance evaluations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality accounting
- Strong knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting
- Expertise in budget management and payroll processes

Job Duties
- Oversee general ledger and financial reporting
- Provide reporting oversight including month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
- Control budgets and inventory for cost management
- Supervise payroll processing including timekeeping, gratuity calculations, and payroll audits
- Handle financial transactions such as check processing and deposit transmittals
- Inspire and develop the accounting team through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
