The accounting manager will also drive the month-end close processes, perform cash flow analysis, and develop forecasting models to support operational and strategic planning. These tasks require a high level of expertise in financial management and a deep understanding of the nuances of the hospitality and food/beverage manufacturing industries.
In addition, the accounting manager will support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while reinforcing inventory and cost control measures. Collaborating closely with leadership across multiple locations, this role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills to align financial objectives with overall business goals. Preparation for audits is a critical function, as is maintaining robust financial controls to mitigate risk and uphold the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate must be capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment and must have a CPA certification along with relevant educational credentials and industry experience.
