The Accounting Manager role at Hotel Marcel is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing comprehensive accounting operations includinghotel-wide accounting processes, food and beverage accounting, and payroll administration. This includes management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily financial reporting, income audit, employee onboarding, and general cashiering functions. The Accounting Manager will operate in alignment with hotel and brand standards, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

This position demands a strategic leader with a strong background in hospitality accounting and finance, skilled in financial reporting, budget preparation, and risk management.
