Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Process and enter invoices for payment, ensuring proper approvals are obtained
- Maintain petty cash and bank runs
- Assist in member inquiries in person, on the phone and via emails
- Correct mischarged chits
- Pull F&B chits from waitstaff drop box downstairs
- Record payments and deposits accurately in the accounting system
- Upload and post daily sales including Fore Tees
- Enter and post all club-wide events to members' accounts
- Assist HR Manager by performing background checks
- Filing candidate records
- Assist with employee inquiries
