With a workforce of over 100,000 employees and more than 350 offices located throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international locations, ABM’s expansive service offerings cover janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical services, landscape and turf care, and mission-critical solutions. The Account Supervisor role at ABM is a dynamic and essential leadership position responsible for the oversight of daily janitorial operations at assigned client sites. This position ensures that cleanliness standards, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently achieved. In addition, the Account Supervisor assists with onboarding new team members, monitoring timekeeping, attendance, payroll accuracy, and inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $21.00, which is competitive and reflective of the candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market standards. ABM also provides a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, health benefits, and employee development opportunities. Candidates can expect to engage in a fast-paced work environment that requires excellent communication skills, flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
