Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities services
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safety practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as email, scheduling, and timekeeping systems
- Flexible schedule
- may require evenings, weekends, or holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day janitorial operations to ensure contract specifications and service level agreements are met
- Lead, train, and supervise janitorial staff
- provide coaching, corrective action, and performance feedback as needed
- Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and special needs
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained
- Address and resolve operational issues, employee concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
- Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and payroll accuracy
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- place orders as needed and control costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and client site requirements
- Support special projects, events, and deep-cleaning initiatives
- Communicate effectively with Operations Managers and clients regarding performance, staffing, and service needs
