Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in account management or customer service with accurate data entry
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to resolve product or service issues
  • Proactively engage customers through calls and promote our e-commerce platform
