Job Description
Towne Park is a hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to millions of patients, visitors, and guests across their service locations. With a strong commitment to creating smiles and making a positive impact, Towne Park fosters an environment where employees are valued for their contributions and can develop rewarding careers. The company emphasizes compassionate service, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for patients and guests, as well as support for teammates. Towne Park is known for its focus on excellence, employee engagement, and client satisfaction within the hospitality and parking services industry.
The role of Account Manager at Towne Park is pivotal for ensuring the success of individual accounts under their oversight. As an Account Manager, you will directly manage one Tier 1 or Tier 2 account, taking responsibility for financial outcomes, guest and patient satisfaction, and the overall client relationship. This position demands a strong leader who can effectively drive business metrics, manage human resources, coordinate service delivery, and uphold the standards that make Towne Park a trusted partner for its clients. The Account Manager is expected to demonstrate financial acumen by improving profitability and managing schedules, payroll, and accounting processes efficiently.
In addition to financial management, the role involves a high degree of human resource responsibility. Account Managers are actively engaged in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining a talented team while fostering an environment that encourages positive performance and growth. They conduct performance appraisals, coach team members, and deliver training to ensure the entire staff is aligned with Towne Park's high standards.
Client relations form the cornerstone of this role, requiring the Account Manager to build and maintain strong working relationships with client staff, manage regular communications, and maintain visibility on site to ensure the client’s service standards and expectations are not only met but exceeded. This role also involves safety and risk management duties, ensuring that all associates adhere to safety protocols and that incidents are promptly and accurately documented.
The Account Manager position offers competitive compensation with an annual salary range between $70,000 and $73,000, and eligibility for annual incentive bonuses depending on classification and company policy. Employees benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, accident and critical illness coverage, telemedicine access, company-paid life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Paid time off and holiday benefits are also part of the package.
This role requires physical endurance, as it involves regular periods of standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling within a dynamic work environment. The Account Manager must be able to handle moderate to heavy loads, operate equipment safely, and be prepared to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends with some travel required. Towne Park deeply values professionalism, diversity, and a safety-first approach to create a productive and respectful workplace for all employees.
