Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for patients, guests, and visitors. With a strong commitment to creating smiles and making impactful impressions, Towne Park operates in environments such as healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, and other client-focused settings. This company values compassion, professionalism, and service excellence, positioning itself as a trusted partner in the hospitality service industry. Employees at Towne Park take pride in being part of an organization where every interaction matters—from easing the anxieties of patients and their families to helping visitors feel welcomed and creating memorable guest experiences. This culture of care and attention to detail ensures Towne Park continues to excel in customer satisfaction and client loyalty.

The role of the Account Manager at Towne Park is both challenging and rewarding, ideally suited for a professional passionate about hospitality management and client relations. The Account Manager is responsible for directly overseeing one Tier 1 or Tier 2 account, maintaining high standards in financial performance, guest and patient satisfaction, and overall client satisfaction. This position demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of business operations, including financial metrics, human resource management, and client service delivery.

As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with driving business performance by managing key metrics such as forecasting, productivity, claims, and customer service, ensuring compliance with Towne Park policies, and maximizing profitability of the assigned account. You will lead recruitment efforts, foster a positive work environment, and develop associates through training, coaching, and recognition, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds service standards. The role also requires active collaboration with clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their objectives and building lasting professional partnerships.

Safety and risk management are also critical components of your responsibilities. You will enforce policies and procedures that protect associates and clients, handle incident reporting, and ensure a safe working environment. Additionally, the Account Manager supports sales efforts by nurturing existing client relationships to uncover new business opportunities and stays informed about client business changes that may impact growth potentials.

This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $58,000 to $60,000 annually, with eligibility for annual incentive bonuses based on job classification and company policy. Towne Park also provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance. Employees benefit from company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Paid time off accrues at 0.0385 hours per hour worked, with a maximum of 80 hours annually, alongside paid holidays and floating holidays.

Working at Towne Park means joining a team where your efforts directly contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of millions of people served every day.
