Our mission centers around creating smiles and making a positive impact through compassionate service, memorable experiences, and a collaborative work environment. By providing support that eases the anxiety of patients and their families, ensuring guests feel welcomed in new cities, and fostering teamwork among colleagues, Towne Park stands out as a company where employees find a meaningful and rewarding career. We emphasize the importance of every individual’s contribution and strive to create a workplace where smiling customers, clients, and team members reflect our success and commitment.
As an Account Manager at Towne Park, you will play a pivotal role by directly overseeing one Tier 1 or Tier 2 account. Your responsibility will encompass ensuring the financial performance, guest and patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction of your account meet and exceed company standards. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage business systems effectively. You will be instrumental in driving key performance metrics, improving profitability, and ensuring compliance across all operational aspects of the account. Your efforts will support the recruitment, training, development, and retention of associates, cultivating a positive culture and high-performing team.
This position offers a unique blend of financial management, human resources, service management, client relations, and safety oversight responsibilities. You will ensure labor resources are efficiently allocated, service standards adapted and maintained, and client relationships nurtured for trust and loyalty. You will also use Towne Park’s systems to control assets and expenditures while maintaining a neat work environment and adhering to safety protocols to minimize risk. The role requires proactive communication, strategic planning, and an ability to respond effectively to client and associate needs. It is a demanding position that influences both the employee experience and customer satisfaction.
Towne Park values continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. The compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, reflecting competitive market standards and is linked to a candidate’s skills, experience, education, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for annual incentive bonuses based on job classification and company policies. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine insurance options, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Paid time off policies provide employees with accruals for vacation, holidays, and floating holidays, fostering work-life balance and rest.
Physical demands require an ability to perform activities such as running, standing, walking, lifting or moving objects up to 50 to 75 pounds regularly, and pushing or pulling weights such as wheelchairs over distances. Work hours may extend into evenings and weekends, with occasional travel up to 10% of the time. Towne Park ensures reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions effectively.
Overall, as an Account Manager with Towne Park, you will join a company dedicated to impacting lives through hospitality, driven by excellence in service, leadership, and operational performance. This career offers not just a job, but the chance to make lasting impressions and meaningful contributions every day.
