Job Requirements
- associate’s degree preferred
- minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
- knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
- must be able to drive manual transmission
- must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen
Job Qualifications

- must be able to drive manual transmission
- must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
Job Duties
- understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
- demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account
- understands the contractual agreement and recognizes ways to maximize opportunities
- manages scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates under direct supervision
- ensures forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate
- is actively engaged in recruitment and hiring to select the best people
- fosters an environment that retains talented associates
- responds proactively to associate feedback and provides proper training and coaching
- ensures that the guest and patient service experience is consistently delivered
- allocates labor resources efficiently to support service delivery
- develops cohesive working relationships with clients' staff
- maintains regular communication with clients and follows through on commitments
- fully understands and utilizes Towne Park’s systems to control assets and expenditures
- understands and follows safety and security procedures
- reports all accidents and incidents immediately
- maintains relationships with present clients to obtain references and leads
- keeps leadership and sales teams advised on client changes
