Job Description
Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company committed to delivering exceptional experiences through its dedicated team. With a focus on creating smiles, Towne Park plays an essential role in impacting the lives of millions of patients, visitors, and guests across the communities it serves. The company prides itself on fostering a positive work environment where every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. Whether it is easing the anxiety of a patient and their family, creating memorable guest experiences, or supporting colleagues, Towne Park emphasizes a culture of care, respect, and excellence. As a result, employees find a rewarding career path that extends beyond a typical job, offering both personal and professional fulfillment.
In the role of Account Manager at Towne Park, you will take direct oversight of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 account, becoming a pivotal driver of the account's financial performance and customer satisfaction objectives. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of account performance, including financial management, human resources, service delivery, client relations, safety, risk management, and sales responsibilities. The Account Manager must excel at balancing operational excellence with customer service, leading teams to meet and exceed the expectations of clients and their guests. With an annual base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, and potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, this position offers a competitive compensation package. Towne Park also offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, company-paid life and disability coverage, a 401k savings plan, and paid time off with holidays and floating holidays.
This role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze and drive business metrics, and a proactive approach to employee engagement and client relationship building. Towne Park looks for candidates with an associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience. The ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, maintain a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and drug screening are also required. As an Account Manager, your efforts will directly influence the operational success of your account, staff productivity and satisfaction, and the overall client experience. You will be expected to be highly visible and engaged, working collaboratively with area managers, human resources, and sales teams to ensure workforce needs and business growth opportunities are successfully addressed.
Towne Park emphasizes a strong safety culture and compliance, requiring managers to ensure all associates are adequately trained and safety procedures are rigorously followed. In addition, the Account Manager must manage risk effectively, including incident reporting and working with the risk management department to resolve claims. On the service side, the manager must consistently deliver high-quality guest and patient experiences, aligning Towne Park's standards with client expectations. This includes labor management, forecasting, and staffing adjustments to meet seasonality and client business needs. This role is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and clear communication, and who is driven to make a substantial impact every day at work.
