The role being offered is that of an Account Manager, an integral part of the operational team at BEST Crowd Management. The Account Manager will work closely under the guidance of the Area Manager and Regional Director, taking a lead role in ensuring the efficient and profitable management of crowd management operations. This involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities that include recruitment, training, scheduling, supervising event operations, and handling administrative tasks.
An Account Manager at BEST is expected to be a proactive leader who not only manages day-to-day operations but also contributes strategically by creating staffing estimates, tracking operational costs, reviewing contracts, supervising labor and subcontractors, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll and invoicing. The position demands excellent leadership skills because the Account Manager will coach and motivate staff, maintaining morale and guaranteeing that team members are skilled and productive. Ensuring accurate reporting, timely payroll, and effective communication with customers to enhance satisfaction are also vital components of the role.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
