The company embodies a culture where each team member's contributions directly impact the satisfaction and well-being of those they serve, making it a rewarding place to build a career.
The Account Manager position at Towne Park offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of managing client accounts with a direct influence on financial performance, guest and patient satisfaction, and overall client relations. In this role, you are entrusted with managing business metrics, including profitability, forecasting, payroll, claims, and productivity, while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and Towne Park’s policies. The position requires a hands-on approach to human resources functions such as recruitment, retention, employee training, and performance management, thereby cultivating a motivated and dedicated team. You will play a critical role in fostering positive work environments that recognize and reward employee performance, provide coaching where improvement is necessary, and develop future leaders.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest and patient service levels are consistently high, managing labor resources efficiently, and aligning Towne Park’s services with client standards. Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and on-site visibility is crucial, as is leveraging business systems to control assets and uphold operational standards.
Safety and risk management are also key responsibilities, including ensuring that all staff adhere to safety protocols and that incidents are managed promptly and appropriately. The role also includes sales responsibilities, where maintaining and expanding business through client referrals, monitoring market changes, and reporting growth opportunities are essential.
Towne Park provides competitive compensation with an annual base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, along with eligibility for annual incentive bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and various insurance options, including life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, and access to telemedicine. The company also offers a 401k retirement savings plan and a structured paid time off schedule. Physical demands include the ability to perform various physical activities and occasional travel, highlighting the dynamic aspects of the role.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership qualities, advanced communication skills, business acumen, and a commitment to making meaningful impacts daily through excellent service and operational excellence at Towne Park.
