You will have opportunities to grow professionally through a structured training program, access to best-in-class resources, and the potential to advance your career in sales, service, or corporate management paths. Ecolab supports your success by providing a company vehicle for both business and personal use, enabling efficient travel to customer sites.

Core responsibilities include understanding customer needs, preparing compelling sales presentations, advising on sanitation and safety protocols, and ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of sanitation equipment. With these duties, you will build meaningful relationships with customers, becoming a trusted industry expert who drives improvements in food safety and operational efficiencies. Ecolab’s commitment to innovation and sustainability ensures that your work contributes not only to customer satisfaction but also to broader environmental and public health goals.

The compensation range for this position is $84,300 to $126,400 annually, incorporating base salary and performance-based incentives. Benefits include competitive healthcare packages, paid training programs, and a supportive culture that values initiative and individual achievement. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience either working within food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environments or in a related technical sales position. Preferred qualifications include a degree in related sciences, bilingual skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience with clean-in-place (CIP) systems.

Joining Ecolab as an Account Manager means engaging in a meaningful career with a global leader dedicated to food safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
