TicketManager is currently seeking an Account Manager (AM) to join their Revenue team. This full-time, in-office role based in Mesa, AZ offers a competitive salary of $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with bonus eligibility. Reporting to the General Manager of Arizona, the Account Manager will be a strategic partner to Customer Admins and Key Users, ensuring optimal setup, adoption, and ongoing success of TicketManager’s software platform within assigned accounts. The AM will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, monitoring system operations, and collaborating across departments to drive client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate is someone with 3-5+ years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment, preferably with background knowledge in sports, entertainment, or hospitality sectors. The role demands exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, reinforcing proactive engagement and continuous improvement strategies in existing accounts. The Account Manager will coordinate with Implementation Project Managers to facilitate smooth launches, host onboarding and refresher training sessions, analyze customer activity to boost engagement, and manage renewals for a subset of accounts.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management or similar client-facing role in a SaaS or technology company
  • Previous customer service or customer success experience preferred
  • Sports, entertainment, and hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills including negotiating, influencing, and dealing effectively with people
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven presentation and executive meeting planning skills
  • Self-motivated person who can take directions and exceed expectations
  • High personal integrity, ethics, and credibility
  • Expertise with standard corporate software including JIRA, CRM, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while on-site with clients

Job Duties

  • Partner with Implementation Project Managers to ensure smooth account launches by coordinating meetings, collecting required materials for successful launch
  • Host monthly Zoom calls and ongoing onboarding/refresher sessions to drive adoption and reduce support needs
  • Analyze customer engagement and conduct proactive outreach to increase usage and reduce unnecessary support tickets
  • Monitor account health, activity, and best-practice adherence
  • Contribute to documentation, best-practice guides, and self-service resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with super users
  • conduct proactive check-ins and light social touches to strengthen engagement and retention
  • Attend major events and conduct customer visits twice per year for large enterprise customers
  • Identify upgrade opportunities or customer needs and hand them off to the revenue team
  • Responsible for managing renewals for a subset of account portfolios
