The company is committed to providing connected, convenient, and compassionate healthcare experiences tailored to meet the specific needs of consumers, families, and communities. CVS Health drives innovation and purpose with a culture that emphasizes accountability, safety, and quality to simplify healthcare in meaningful ways for millions of individuals every day.

The role of an Analyst Account Manager at CVS Health is a vital position within the Member Engagement Team, supporting public sector clients by acting as the primary onsite representative. The Analyst Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with plan sponsors, benefits teams, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that members receive timely resolution to complex benefit and claims inquiries. This position requires a field-based approach with a focus on in-person, high-touch engagement to build strong, lasting relationships throughout the account's lifecycle.

As an Analyst Account Manager, you will lead open enrollment sessions, employee health fairs, wellness events, and other educational activities aimed at informing members about available benefits and services. The position demands an ability to interpret data and analytics related to claims and service issues and effectively communicate these insights to clients, supporting transparency and informed decision-making. The role also involves maintaining expert knowledge of benefits plans, eligibility guidelines, pharmacy services, and CVS Health systems to act as a trusted advisor. Collaboration with internal departments such as Eligibility, Claims, and Clinical teams is key to resolving escalated or recurring issues promptly and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $43,888 to $85,068 annually, with eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs. CVS Health provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, and wellness programs, designed to support colleagues' physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Travel to various client sites is required, and the Analyst Account Manager must be highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Success in this position is measured by building client trust, enhancing member experiences, fostering teamwork, proactively solving problems, and taking ownership of responsibilities to deliver visible, impactful results for the client and CVS Health.
