Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting results to clients
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and tools like Notion and Google Sheets
  • Ability to use data to monitor account performance and identify opportunities
  • Willingness to work remotely and maintain productivity in a home office environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in account management, client success, or a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping details
  • Comfort using data to monitor performance and identify risk and opportunity

  • Prior experience at a marketing or lead generation agency preferred
  • Experience working alongside sales, operations, or call center teams preferred

Job Duties

  • Own a portfolio of clinic accounts as the primary day-to-day contact
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and set clear expectations from day one
  • Run regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients, presenting results and next steps
  • Build trusted relationships with clinic owners, office managers, and front desk staff
  • Monitor show rates, lead quality, and campaign performance across your accounts
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and act proactively to resolve concerns
  • Own renewal conversations and drive client retention across your book
  • Use data to tell a clear story about performance and identify opportunities
  • Follow and help improve onboarding, check-in, and retention playbooks
  • Partner with the call center team on lead handling and show rate improvements
  • Keep account records, notes, and pipelines current in GoHighLevel, Notion, and Google Sheets
  • Escalate complex issues with full context so they can be resolved quickly
