The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert horticultural advice and quality service within budget. As an Account Manager, you will manage client communication, promote and recommend property enhancements, and lead efforts to maintain or exceed service expectations. You will play a crucial role in resolving customer issues, driving revenue growth, and ensuring contract renewals in your client portfolio. Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
- exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills

Job Duties
- Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
- present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget
- manage all customer communication within client portfolio
- partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties
- maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded
- lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns
- achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals
- ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio
