The role of Account Manager at Accurex is designed for a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in an autonomous, entrepreneurial sales environment. This position supports the Northern Florida and South Georgia territory and operates primarily as a remote, home office-based role, requiring travel throughout the region to build and support customer relationships and business growth. As an Account Manager, you will take full ownership of an established and expanding sales territory. Your responsibilities will include managing key customer relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and purchasing teams while proactively identifying new business opportunities to drive territory expansion.
In this high-impact outside sales role, you will be instrumental in delivering customized HVAC and mechanical system solutions that meet customer needs and contribute directly to sales growth and customer satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams including engineering, inside sales, and manufacturing, you will ensure the delivery of tailored solutions for commercial kitchen ventilation. You will also utilize CAPS software to develop quotes, pricing, and product selections, enhancing customer engagement with expert, solution-based technical sales.

Job Requirements
- +5 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or mechanical sales preferred
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, industrial products, or technical sales preferred
- CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and quoting software experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, business, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Northern Florida and South Georgia
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to develop quotes and pricing using specialized software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- +5 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or mechanical sales preferred
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, industrial products, or technical sales preferred
- Technically inclined professionals from related industries encouraged to apply
- CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and quoting software experience preferred
- AutoCAD, Inventor, or related technical software experience is a plus
- Relationship driven outside sales and territory management
- Business development and customer growth strategies
- Technical product sales and solution based selling
- Negotiation, presentation, and customer communication
- Managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, business, or related field preferred
Job Duties
