Job Qualifications
- deep passion for education sector and creating positive social impact
- experience in sales partnerships account management recruitment or education is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- enthusiasm for learning and professional growth
Job Duties
- building deep meaningful relationships with school partners
- work with school partners to generate increasing demand for Zen educators to be placed in their classrooms
- upselling Zen products and services to expand impact within school partner portfolio
- acting as a responsive central point of contact for all school partnership stakeholders
- reporting on key trends and feedback to the product team to improve the platform
- communicating daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in subbing or long-term roles
- maintaining constant contact with active educators to provide feedback ensure satisfaction and solve problems
- coaching educators and improving their performance in schools
