Job Requirements
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Indianapolis, IN
- fully on-site work environment
- 2+ years of relevant experience in account management, marketing, or client services
- proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting
- ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
- strong communication and organizational skills
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services
- confident communicator who can present to clients and rally internal teams around shared goals
- highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and campaign timelines simultaneously
- comfortable working in a high-energy, in-person environment including occasional evenings or weekends for events
- experience with CRM tools and basic campaign reporting
- familiarity with event management platforms is a bonus
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships across direct marketing campaigns and live event activations
- Collaborate with internal campaign and events teams to ensure client programs are executed on time, on brand, and on budget
- Present campaign results, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular basis
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional campaigns, event sponsorships, and expanded service offerings
- Attend and support on-site events as needed, acting as a client liaison during live activations
- Maintain accurate account and pipeline records
- track campaign KPIs and report on client satisfaction and retention
