Job Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to or relocate to Indianapolis, IN
  • fully on-site work environment
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in account management, marketing, or client services
  • proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting
  • ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services
  • confident communicator who can present to clients and rally internal teams around shared goals
  • highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and campaign timelines simultaneously
  • comfortable working in a high-energy, in-person environment including occasional evenings or weekends for events
  • experience with CRM tools and basic campaign reporting
  • familiarity with event management platforms is a bonus
  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships across direct marketing campaigns and live event activations
  • Collaborate with internal campaign and events teams to ensure client programs are executed on time, on brand, and on budget
  • Present campaign results, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular basis
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional campaigns, event sponsorships, and expanded service offerings
  • Attend and support on-site events as needed, acting as a client liaison during live activations
  • Maintain accurate account and pipeline records
  • track campaign KPIs and report on client satisfaction and retention
