The full-time Sales Executive / Event Coordinator position at A&S Party Rental’s Sharonville location offers a unique opportunity for driven individuals who are passionate about event planning and sales. The role demands a team player who is goal-oriented, competitive, and exhibits a strong work ethic. Sales Executives at A&S are responsible for partnering with a vast client base of over 30,000 customers to help plan their special events while also continuously discovering and pursuing new sales prospects. This position involves planning and executing both minor and major events, negotiating with key decision makers, and fostering lasting customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Must have sales experience and exceptional customer service experience
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Clear communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Familiar with computer programs such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledgeable about wedding trends and enjoy creating special events
  • Able to set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Professional dress code
  • Able to work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday
  • College degree preferred in marketing, business, communications or related fields
