CUMULUS | Little Rock, AR is a prominent media company that operates eight unique radio stations within the Little Rock market. These stations include KIPR 92.3 “Power 92 Jams,” KLAL 107.7 “Alice 107.7,” KURB 98.5 “B98.5,” KARN-FM 102.9 “News Radio 102.9,” KOKY 102.1 “The Legendary KOKY,” KPZK 102.5 “Praise,” KARN-AM 920 “The Sports Animal,” and KAAY-AM 1090 “The Mighty 1090.” CUMULUS Media serves as a leader in broadcast radio providing a variety of content ranging from music, news, sports, and specialized programming to cater to an expansive audience. Their diverse station portfolio allows them to effectively connect with local and regional communities, promoting entertainment, information, and cultural enrichment.

The role of Account Executive at CUMULUS Media involves managing and growing relationships with numerous local and regional businesses. This position is critical for maintaining and expanding the company’s revenue base while offering tailored marketing solutions aimed at helping clients achieve their business objectives. The Account Executive works extensively to identify new business opportunities within existing and potential client portfolios, creating customized marketing strategies that leverage multi-platform media assets. This includes utilizing broadcast, digital, event, streaming, social media, and internet-based marketing channels to maximize client engagement and brand loyalty.

The position is full-time, offering a competitive monthly base pay of $5,000 to $6,000 within the first year, with significant commission opportunities that reward high performance. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Create and identify client business needs by understanding their goals, objectives, and processes as well as market and consumer trends
  • Deliver effective multi-platform marketing solutions including broadcast, digital, and event tactics
  • Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay current with industry advertising opportunities
  • Manage time effectively to optimize revenue, client interaction, and sales agreement fulfillment
  • Prospect aggressively for new clients through networking, cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and other methods
  • Follow station and corporate procedures for order preparation, billing issue resolution, and sales reporting
