The company is renowned not only for its advanced technologies but also for its commitment to corporate responsibility, including environmental stewardship and social equity. The role in focus is a pivotal position based on-site, requiring full-time attendance, focused on customer service and sales order support within a branch or local facility. Known as the Sales Orders Support Specialist, this role involves handling inbound calls and emails related to sales orders, acting as an escalation point for complex queries, researching and providing detailed information on parts availability, tracking shipments, and freight costs. The specialist also develops quotes tailored to customer needs, assesses requests, and assists with order expediting when necessary. It offers a competitive hourly compensation range from $52,376.66 to $76,194.99 annually, with eligibility for incentives but not sales commissions. Additionally, this role benefits from comprehensive support including health insurance starting on day one, generous paid time off, family-building benefits, educational opportunities, and a robust 401K plan. This employment opportunity reflects Trane Technologies’ commitment to career development and sustainability, ensuring that employees not only thrive professionally but also personally while making a tangible impact in the global climate solutions industry.
