Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing technical proposals for corporate meetings, trade shows, hospitality, live events, or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven customer service abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and onsite clients
- Prior experience or familiarity with event logistics, scheduling, and audiovisual coordination preferred
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing technical proposals for corporate meetings, trade shows, hospitality, live events, or related industries
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced event environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with clients onsite
- Experience with event logistics, scheduling, and audiovisual coordination preferred
- Willingness to travel to event venues and support alternative work schedules
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and gather event requirements, budgets, venues, timelines, and technical needs
- Work with internal teams to develop, review, and issue event proposals and supporting documentation
- Coordinate venue requirements, equipment logistics, labor needs, and event schedules
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning and production process
- Partner with logistics teams to confirm equipment availability, substitutions, and cross-rentals
- Verify equipment packages prior to shipment to ensure readiness and accuracy
- Assist with contract execution, deposit coordination, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Support event installation, operation, and strike while coordinating labor and operational adjustments onsite
- Prepare final event documentation, labor summaries, and equipment details for billing
- Follow up after events to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues
