Physical stamina is important, as the job requires standing, walking for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and repetitive bending or kneeling. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate a dependable, positive attitude combined with an enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.

Housekeepers are also responsible for interacting courteously with guests by assisting with simple requests such as providing extra pillows or towels. Furthermore, they play a critical role in safety and maintenance by reporting any damages or needed repairs within accommodations to the maintenance department promptly. For those working in campground settings, operating a golf cart may be part of the routine, requiring a valid driver’s license. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Clean, scrub, dust, and vacuum guest units to meet Six Flags check-in ready standards
  • Strip dirty linens and towels, remake beds with fresh sheets, and restock bathrooms with clean towels and amenities
  • Clean kitchenettes, bathroom fixtures, and structural surfaces
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to designated disposal areas
  • Keep housekeeping carts well-stocked, organized, and tidy throughout the shift
  • Greet guests with a smile and assist with basic requests
  • Identify and report any room damage or necessary repairs to the Maintenance team
