Job Requirements

  • Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
  • reliable means of transportation to work
  • ability to lift 30-50 lbs
  • ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods

  • handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
  • ability to quickly and easily navigate the property or building
  • ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years front desk experience
  • high school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Buildinglink
  • effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet residents and guests
  • check guests and service providers in and out
  • monitor and operate electronic security control systems
  • accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms
  • understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
  • provide strong customer service and communication support
  • multitask effectively while maintaining detail orientation
