The Academy Operations Specialist role is an in-person position based in Glendale, Arizona, focusing on supporting the Manager of Academy Operations within the Grifols Academy of Plasmapheresis. This role is integral to managing plasma-related training programs and ensuring that these educational initiatives meet high standards of compliance and accreditation. The specialist will handle logistical aspects of training programs, maintain robust record-keeping systems, and implement effective teaching and communication strategies. The position requires active engagement in program evaluation, documentation, and quality control while fostering strong collaborations with corporate and field representatives to support the training efforts. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in managing operational details, executing detailed project plans, and supporting staff development activities to stay current with educational best practices. Travel up to 25% is expected, making flexibility and strong organizational skills critical. Job Duties
- Demonstrate and maintain a command of Biomat USA Standard Operating Procedures
- Create and maintain excellent record keeping practices for all participants enrolled in applicable Academy programs
- Assist all Academy accreditation activities
- Construct and execute detailed project plans and formalized communication strategies
- Assist the Academy in reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on applicable education programs
- Ensure quality control and consistency for required components of applicable education programs to meet accreditation standards or other compliance requirements
- Assist the Academy Operations Manager with the management of Academy programs and facilities
