This job posting is for the position of Lounge Bartender within Concord Hospitality. This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage service in a lounge setting. The Lounge Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving cocktails and drinks consistent with the company's beverage standards, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and courteously. The role requires setting up and breaking down the bar area, managing inventory, and adhering strictly to check handling and payment procedures — particularly regarding the policy that forbids cash tabs. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area, including cleaning floors and steam-cleaning trash cans at the end of each shift.

This is a full-time position offering competitive wages between $12.50 and $15.00 per hour, plus tips.
