We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and supervising food across multiple outlets including the restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquet events. This position demands a culinary craftsman with a keen eye for detail, capable of ensuring that every dish meets exceptional standards of quality, portioning, and presentation. In addition to culinary excellence, you will take the lead in assisting kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations, solve problems proactively, and uphold impeccable kitchen organization and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
- Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
