Job Requirements
- must have some restaurant experience
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to use hands and fingers to handle objects
- ability to frequently reach with hands and arms
- ability to talk, hear, taste, and smell
- ability to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- must meet specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- must be available to work full-time including weekends
Job Qualifications

- related experience and/or training
- ability to follow QA standards
- knowledge of health department specifications

Job Duties
- AC Lounge & Kitchen service includes counter service, barista, food running & table service
- maintain daily set up and/or breakdown of the AC Lounge & Kitchen by following daily checklists
- know each menu item and its ingredients
- be aware of events in the area and give suggestions to guests
- follow and maintain QA specs using correct service lingo
- follow and maintain Health Department specs including filling temp logs and rotating product
- strive to exceed guest satisfaction and provide the best possible service
- complete daily cleaning duties and side work tasks, taking pride in work
