The Assistant Company Manager role within ABN Touring LLC is vital to the successful operation of the national tour of "A Beautiful Noise." Reporting directly to the Company Manager, the Assistant Company Manager provides essential administrative, logistical, and supportive functions that ensure the seamless execution of daily production activities while on tour. This full-time, performance-based position involves travel to various cities and theaters, requiring adaptability and a high degree of organization. The role is compensated starting at a salary of $1,100 per week during performances and $900 per week during rehearsal and preparation periods, with pay commensurate with experience. Additional financial benefits include a percentage of the Producer's share of overage and a weekly expense allowance of $315. The company also provides health insurance, transportation, and single-occupancy housing throughout the duration of the tour.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in company management or related field
- Valid passport for international travel
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to travel by multiple modes of transportation including planes, trains, charter and sleeper coaches, and cars
- Must be able to adapt to multiple buildings and theater venues
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in company management, theatrical office, production setting, or large-scale event coordination
- Must have a valid passport for international travel
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask projects in a high stress environment, paying close attention to detail
