A successful candidate will operate primarily within an assigned local territory, requiring approximately 90 to 100 percent travel, including potential overnight stays. This travel is essential to maintain face-to-face contact and build trust with clients. The ability to manage accounts effectively using company systems, track sales activities, and support reporting requirements is vital. This role offers a starting base salary of no less than $60,000 per year, with a clear sales commission plan aimed at moving to a 100 percent commission structure within six months. Additional benefits include seven holidays plus paid time off (PTO) and mileage reimbursement. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, reflecting the company’s diverse customer base.
