Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training in related field
  • Over two years and up to four years in a supervisory role
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Sports Management School Certificate
  • Ability to perform moderate physical exertion including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of drug, alcohol, physical examination, and background check
  • Availability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Over two years and up to four years of supervisory experience
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Sports Management School Certificate

Job Duties

  • Conduct inspections of facilities, grounds, vehicles, and equipment
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance
  • Create, interpret, and implement policies and procedures
  • Assist with developing facilities improvement and asset management plans
  • Implement department and division plans including revenue goals
  • Perform administrative functions such as budgeting and record-keeping
  • Lead and mentor team members through coaching and advising
