Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training in related field
- Over two years and up to four years in a supervisory role
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Sports Management School Certificate
- Ability to perform moderate physical exertion including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Successful completion of drug, alcohol, physical examination, and background check
- Availability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Over two years and up to four years of supervisory experience
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Sports Management School Certificate
Job Duties
- Conduct inspections of facilities, grounds, vehicles, and equipment
- Plan, schedule, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance
- Create, interpret, and implement policies and procedures
- Assist with developing facilities improvement and asset management plans
- Implement department and division plans including revenue goals
- Perform administrative functions such as budgeting and record-keeping
- Lead and mentor team members through coaching and advising
